Performing his first gig at the age of 11 and writing and recording his first EP at age 14.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2009 GALLIMORE moved to Brighton to attend BIMM Institute Brighton, completing a BA (Hons) in Songwriting &amp; Professional Musicianship; where he embarked on several band projects and regularly gigging around Brighton and London.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2016, Ricky\u2019s artist project, GALLIMORE came to fruition releasing his first single \u2018In My Head\u2019 in 2017 with the help of Oscar Behrens (Drums), Harry Johns (Guitar) and Sam Brown (Bass).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GALLIMORE studied a MA in Music and Sonic Media at the University of Sussex where he studied musical composition, music production and audio visual arts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2021, Ricky formed his own business \u2018GALLIMORE MUSIC\u2019, which offers a range of services including, but not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Professional Live Engagement\/Gigging Musician<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regularly performing at venues across Sussex for all manner of occasions; catering for parties, weddings, special celebrations and corporate events.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My sets range from 50\u2019s Rock \u2019n\u2019 Roll, 80\u2019s Pop, 90\u2019s Brit Pop, all the way through to all the way through to the latest and greatest.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please check my gigging rates page for details of what I charge<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Songwriting, Artist Development and Music Production<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Working closely with songwriters, musicians and lyricists to help enhance their ideas and provide advice on their music. Whether that\u2019s helping lyricists actualise their ideas into song form, working with artists to help develop their identity and performance confidence or through producing, recording and mixing songs as in active and\/or passive capacity, I lean on my experience to help achieve the goals that my clients wish to achieve<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Private music tuition<\/b><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I offer 1-2-1 and small group music tuition in Songwriting, Guitar, Music Production and Vocals. I bring a light, fun and informal approach to my sessions.
